Sessions begin with a full safety briefing and introduction        to the equipment wear the proper attire helmet gloves          boots goggles you then learn the basic rules in a ground           based instruction format. Once ready you will then be            towed  into the sky by a microlight helicopter although      there are many other ways to launch and take off. You will     climb to a height of roughly 3000ft into the air where you      will experience the magnificent feeling of free flight whilst    taking in all of the wonderful views from above. Chase the       thermal winds and soar above the clouds before slowly        gliding back down to earth. Glide Flight Instructors also           carry a parachute just in case that's also capable of            bringing both you and the glider safely back down to the        ground.
